Airbnb: Leadership Offsites, Team Experiences & Keynote Speaking
The Tempest Two have worked with Airbnb across a series of leadership offsites, team experiences and keynote events in London, Portland and Dublin. Each engagement was designed around a different audience and objective, but with a consistent focus on bringing people together, strengthening connection and turning Airbnb’s values into memorable shared experiences.
EMEA Leadership Offsite — London
Fifty senior Airbnb leaders came together in London for a bespoke leadership offsite focused on culture, connection and Airbnb’s core values.
The Tempest Two transformed a traditional London pub into the starting point for a custom team challenge delivered through a purpose-built app. Teams moved across the city completing creative challenges, making decisions together and bringing Airbnb’s values to life through shared experience.
The result was an offsite built around participation rather than presentation, giving senior leaders the opportunity to connect, collaborate and experience the culture they were there to strengthen.
Customer Success Team — Portland
For Airbnb’s Customer Success team in Portland, the focus was personal growth and ambition.
With many team members approaching or passing a decade at the company, The Tempest Two designed and facilitated a session that encouraged individuals to think beyond their current role, explore their longer-term ambitions and begin building a practical roadmap towards their next chapter.
Airbnb Host Event — Dublin
The Tempest Two also delivered a tailored keynote for 150 of Airbnb’s top-performing hosts at an exclusive event in Dublin.
The keynote explored travel, adventure and human connection through stories from The Tempest Two’s expeditions, creating a natural link between their experiences and the values at the heart of the Airbnb community.
