The Tempest Two partnered with Bacardi to design and deliver a three-day summit for 35 high-potential managers from across the company’s global business.
The summit marked the beginning of Bacardi’s year-long NextGen programme, created to develop the next generation of talent and raise expectations around what emerging leaders could achieve.
Across three days in Berlin, The Tempest Two combined keynote content, workshops, shared challenges and immersive experiences around themes of ambition, bravery, connection and performance.
The programme deliberately moved participants beyond the traditional conference environment, creating opportunities to build stronger relationships, challenge their thinking and develop a shared sense of momentum for the year ahead.
The result was a memorable launch to the wider NextGen programme, giving the cohort a stronger connection to one another and a clear mindset for what came next.
