The Tempest Two have worked with BNY across a series of keynotes, leadership offsites and workshops in EMEA and the United States.

The work has focused on helping teams reconnect with BNY’s history, strengthen relationships and build a clearer sense of shared purpose during periods of change.

Across large-scale internal events and smaller team interventions, The Tempest Two have used storytelling, facilitated workshops and immersive team experiences to turn values into something people can discuss, practise and apply.

That has included work with executive teams, broader employee groups and targeted team resets in New York, designed to improve connection, communication and how people work together.

The aim throughout has been consistent: help people feel more connected to the organisation, to one another and to the role they play in shaping what comes next.
