The Tempest Two were challenged by the team at iCapital to deliver a company wide off-site that would help bring a rapidly growing team together to connect, communicate and collaborate.
Our biggest challenge was to deliver industry leading quality at scale, across the 1,200 people in differing markets. Huge credit to the client, who trusted our process, and allowed us to design a day that challenged their employees to work together in teams, competing in challenges, and have fun in the process.
