iCapital — Offsite Roadshow
The Tempest Two worked with iCapital during a period of rapid growth, as the business scaled from 200 to 1,500 employees in just 12 months.
The challenge was not simply growth. It was maintaining a strong, connected culture while bringing together people who had often never met in person.
The Tempest Two designed and delivered a series of 8 experiences across New York and Lisbon, built around three themes: communication, collaboration and connection.
Each event combined keynote content, tailored workshops and The Expedition, The Tempest Two’s interactive team experience. The aim was to create shared experiences that helped teams build trust, strengthen relationships and develop a stronger sense of belonging across the organisation.
The programme achieved an NPS of 93, with the initiative helping strengthen team cohesion, cultural alignment and morale during a period of significant organisational change.
