Infios — Global SKO Summit, San Diego
The Tempest Two worked with Infios to design a high-impact leadership experience for 500 senior commercial leaders from around the world at the company’s global summit in San Diego.
The day opened with a keynote on ambition, commitment and what it takes to pursue goals that initially feel out of reach.
That thinking then moved into a series of SLT workshops focused on culture, values and performance, giving leaders the space to challenge how they show up, what they expect from themselves and what they demand from their teams.
The summit culminated in The Expedition, The Tempest Two’s immersive team experience, which took leaders out of the conference room and onto San Diego’s waterfront. Teams were challenged to make decisions, communicate under pressure and apply the mindset and behaviours explored throughout the day.
By connecting keynote, workshops and experience through one clear thread, The Tempest Two turned the summit into more than a conference agenda. It became a shared experience designed to build alignment, trust and momentum around Infios’ ambitions for 2030.
