Jaza Energy — Senior Leadership Offsites
Over the past two years, The Tempest Two have designed and delivered two week-long leadership offsites for Jaza Energy’s senior leadership team in Tanzania.
Jaza is pursuing one of the most ambitious missions in energy: expanding access to reliable power across Africa. The offsites were built to help its leaders develop the mindset, behaviours and shared ways of working needed to operate at that level of ambition.
The Tempest Two designed the entire experience from start to finish, creating a clear thread across the week rather than a collection of disconnected sessions.
Each offsite combined keynote content, intensive leadership workshops, facilitated conversations and shared team experiences focused on adaptability, resilience, decision-making, ownership, communication and leading through uncertainty.
The aim was to give the senior team the space to step out of the day-to-day, challenge how they think and lead, strengthen how they work together, and return to the business better equipped for the scale of the challenge ahead.
