London Stock Exchange Group — Senior Leadership Offsite

The Tempest Two worked with London Stock Exchange Group to design and deliver a one-day offsite for 80 senior leaders, focused on innovation, collaboration and leadership in a high-pressure environment.

The brief was to break habitual thinking, create space for bolder ideas and help leaders work more effectively across business units. The experience needed to be fast-paced, practical and directly relevant to the complexity of LSEG’s work.

The Tempest Two built the day around a mix of expedition storytelling, neuroscience-based insight and immersive team challenges. Leaders were encouraged to challenge assumptions, collaborate with colleagues they rarely worked with and apply new approaches to creativity, problem-solving and decision-making.

By the end of the offsite, the group had developed a stronger shared language around innovation, resilience and collaboration, with the experience described by one participant as the best leadership offsite they had attended at LSEG.
