Scale AI — EMEA Senior Leadership Day

The Tempest Two worked with Scale AI’s EMEA commercial team to design a full-day offsite in London for a fast-growing group operating in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment.

The challenge was to turn a collection of ambitious individuals into a stronger, more adaptable team with a shared approach to performance.

The day combined a bespoke keynote, practical workshops and applied team challenges focused on adaptability, resilience, decision-making under pressure and team accountability.

The Tempest Two also brought in practical thinking around confidence and performance under stress, helping leaders understand how mindset and behaviour change when pressure rises.

The experience culminated in a live team challenge delivered through The Tempest Two’s purpose-built app, The Expedition, giving participants the chance to apply the day’s thinking in real time through communication, decision-making and shared problem-solving.

The result was a high-energy offsite designed to help the team think differently about performance, strengthen how they work together and build greater confidence in navigating change.
